The new system, U.S. Trustees Retrieval System (USTARS) is an
Oracle Web server database management system supporting 94 offices
nation-wide. Cypress is implementing the system following the
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology—Department

- Cypress is providing programming, logistics, material management,
and graphics support for Remote Video Surveillance security, tracking,
and monitoring systems along the U.S.-Canada and U.S.-Mexico borders.
The system encompasses GIS, GPS, and database software, telecommunications,
seismic sensor, and low light video technologies—Immigration and
Naturalization Service
