Principals
JACQUELINE W. SALES, President
Ms. Sales, founded HAZMED in 1988, Under her leadership, HAZMED
has received over $200,000,000 in contracts and achieved total
revenues of over $145,000,000.
Ms. Sales has a Masters in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelors
degree in Microbiology from Howard University. She has over 30
years of professional experience in developing and implementing
federal regulations, policies, and strategies for the management
of hazardous, radioactive, and medical wastes; and for the cleanup
of contaminated sites. She has provided waste management policies
and issues guidance to federal, state, and local agencies, Congressional
subcommittee staff, and industry; addressed media inquiries; participated
in Congressional Hearings; and chaired national and regional waste
forums.
For the first 10 years of her environmental career, Ms. Sales was
employed in the EPA Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response
in various capacities including Branch Chief. She managed a wide
range of regulatory, implementation, and enforcement activities.
Ms. Sales was also employed at the Department of Energy as Chief
of the RCRA/CERCLA Unit in the Office of Environmental Guidance.
She managed and directed the development of guidance and policy
documents for DOE Headquarters and Field Offices. Working closely
with the Assistant Secretary of Environment, Safety, and Health,
she developed strategies for regulatory compliance and environmental
restoration of contaminated sites.
Ms. Sales has received numerous awards and commendations. She was recognized by Congress as an Outstanding Woman in Scientific and Technical Careers. She participated in the 39th National Security Seminar at the Army War College, Carlisle Barracks in Pennsylvania. EPA honored her with a Bronze Medal and the Women in Science and Engineering Award. More recently, Ms. Sales was honored for her business and civic achievements by the Governor’s Office for the State of Maryland, McDonald’s Corporation, Prince George’s County Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Small Business Administration, Collective Banking Group, Inc., Minority Business and Professional Network, and many others.
Ms. Sales serves on the Foundation Board
of Bowie State University, the Foundation Board of Doctors Community
Hospital in Lanham, Maryland, and the Prince Georges Suite Magazine
Advisory Board. She owns the Johnson Browne Business Center where
incubator space is available to new and emerging businesses. She and her husband together
have five children and eight grandchildren.
GREGORY A. DAVIS, Executive Vice President
Mr.
Davis has a broad-based business and technical background with
over 40 years experience in accounting and finance, information
technology, and business development. For over 30 years, Mr. Davis
has assisted government, commercial, and international clients
in assessing business processes, defining requirements, developing
and implementing technology solutions, and providing ongoing operational
support and training. Mr. Davis' information technology experience
includes software systems, database management systems, voice and
data communications systems, full life cycle systems development
support, acquisition management, systems integration, testing,
training, documentation, and operations.
Mr. Davis has focused the past 18 years of his career on establishing, positioning, and structuring companies to compete in the homeland security and information technology fields. He is a leader in the areas of security solutions and construction management. Prior to joining HAZMED in 1994, Mr. Davis held several executive and management positions with General Motors Corporation, Xerox, Owens Illinois, Contel, and Teledata Systems Corporation. He has an extensive program management background, having guided the development and implementation of major information systems programs. In addition, he has managed numerous environmental and emergency management contracts. Mr. Davis' federal agency project and program experience includes, but is not limited to, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Army, U.S. Department of the Treasury, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Federal Emergency Management Agency, and General Services Administration.
Mr. Davis has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Siena Heights College. He is an active participant in the All Hazards Consortium, a not-for-profit organization that focuses on homeland security and emergency management solutions. Mr. Davis also serves on the Board of the Maryland Economic Development Assistance Authority.

Tina G. Radway, Vice President, Administration
Ms. Radway, Vice President of Administration,
has 28 years of professional experience in corporate administration
and technical project management. Ms. Radway has a Bachelors Degree in
Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland. She
directs and manages all HAZMED corporate administration resources
and activities involving accounting, human resources, contracts,
and facilities. Ms. Radway has expertise in corporate reporting
and compliance requirements, proposal development and coordination
activities, facility security and management, and overall company
quality assurance. She is a trained ISO 9000 Lead Auditor
of Quality Systems.
Ms. Radway has over 19
years of experience in managing environmental and technical consulting
projects and providing technical support services to government
clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Bureau of Prisons, NASA, and
the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Ms.
Radway has over 23 years of professional experience performing
various technical consulting, information management, and office
administration and management functions. Her technical experience
includes, but is not limited to policy and regulatory analysis,
regulatory compliance support, guidance development and support,
training, procedures development, technical document preparation
and review, and compliance reviews and audits.
Over her 28-year career, Ms. Radway has held various administrative
and technical management positions including but not limited to Administrative
Manager, Project Manager, Office Manager, Policy Analyst, Sales Administrator,
and Human Resources Coordinator.
